• The ability to support, coach, and mentor your team
• A high standard of food knowledge and skills
• An up-to-date COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, and legal knowledge
• A willingness to develop personally while helping propel the brigade forward at The Argyle

Some of your responsibilities as a Kitchen Team Leader include:

• Assist in food preparation and collaborate with the Kitchen Manager
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specifications for our guests
• Oversee and supervise the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager
• Assist with stock management, ordering, and supplies management
• Maintain an excellent, clean, and hygienic kitchen environment
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance
• Lead the team to achieve company targets
