Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC, at The Swan Holme within Vintage Inns, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader. You will support the Head Chef, master the menu, and train a kitchen team to deliver great food.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced pub/restaurant environment.
• Passion for building a kitchen to deliver high-quality, consistent food.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Smash targets with your team and monitor performance.
• Assist with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
