Job summary

Chef & Brewer is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader to guide the team and ensure smooth service with high-quality dishes. You will support colleagues, uphold hygiene standards, and step in for management when needed.

You will lead during busy services, ensure every plate meets expectations, and uphold our safety and cleanliness standards while maintaining a positive, team‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.

Job Description

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! You’ll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.

• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy service.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
