Job summary

All Star Lanes in London is seeking an experienced Kitchen Team Leader to support kitchen operations across shifts, driving consistency and quality in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. You’ll lead by example, coordinating with the Kitchen Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will uphold food hygiene, HACCP and health & safety standards, while mentoring staff and delivering fresh, high-quality food for guests who expect great service in a lively environment.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for food and cooking.
• Experience in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to run kitchen sections while maintaining high standards.
• Proactive approach to supporting the Kitchen Manager with daily operations.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP, and health & safety procedures.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Kitchen Team Leader to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading by example, supporting the Kitchen Manager, and maintaining high standards across the kitchen.

The Role

As Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll support kitchen operations across all shifts, helping to maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency. You’ll take a hands-on approach, motivate the team, and play an active role in delivering fresh, high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen
