Job summary

All Star Lanes in London is looking for a confident, energetic Bartender to join our team and deliver great experiences behind the bar. You’ll be serving drinks in a busy venue, reading the room, and bringing professionalism and personality to every shift.

Ideal candidates have experience in fast-paced hospitality, strong cocktail knowledge, and a passion for hospitality. We offer a supportive team, free meals on shift, and special discounts on bowling and food for you and your circle.

We’re looking for a confident and energetic Bartender to join our dedicated team.

Working behind the bar is about creating great experiences through genuine connection and excellent service. You’ll be confident, adaptable, and able to read the room—delivering fast, high-quality drinks in a busy, high-energy environment. Calm under pressure, you bring professionalism, personality, and attention to detail to every shift, making every guest feel welcome and well looked after.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality venue (desirable)
• Strong cocktail knowledge and quick, efficient service skills
• Confident communication and great energy
• A hands-on attitude with strong attention to detail
• A genuine passion for hospitality
