Job summary

Greene King in Exeter is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide the kitchen team, ensuring excellent service and high standards across all dishes. You will lead by example, coordinate during peak times, and deputise for management as needed.

The role requires a passion for delivering tasty, well-presented meals and the ability to maintain hygiene and safety in a fast-paced environment. Training and development opportunities are available across Greene King brands.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen and pull together as a team when needed.
• Be a role model to the team by maintaining high standards and making sure every customer receives the perfect plate.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy service.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
