Job summary
Greene King Brewery is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader in Exeter (Ship). As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, ensuring the team has what they need so service runs like clockwork and every dish meets the highest standards.
You’ll support your team, maintain hygiene and safety, deputise for management when needed, and coordinate the team during busy services to keep operations smooth.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! You’ll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.
