Job summary

Greene King pubs in Frimley are seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to oversee a busy kitchen and guide the team to deliver high-standard dishes. You’ll lead by example, ensuring every plate meets the brand’s expectations and service runs smoothly.

You’ll manage kitchen operations during peak times, maintain hygiene standards, deputise for management, and help coordinate a busy service while supporting your colleagues to excel.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you'll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! You'll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.
