Job summary

Pub & Grill in Chester is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide a busy kitchen, set the standard for quality and service, and support the team to deliver consistently excellent dishes. You will lead by example, maintain high hygiene and safety standards, deputise for the management team when needed, and help coordinate the brigade during peak service to ensure everything runs like clockwork.

Job Description

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you'll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! You'll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.
