Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at our Deansgate Manchester site. You’ll lead by example, ensure the team has what it needs, and keep service running like clockwork while maintaining high standards for every dish.

You’ll thrive under pressure, inspire the team, uphold hygiene and safety, and deputise for the management when needed. The role requires clear English communication and a passion for great food in a busy pub kitchen.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! You’ll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.

Qualifications

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will…

• A passion for delivering tasty and well-presented meals to customers each and every time.
• Be a role model to the team by maintaining high standards and making sure every customer receives the perfect plate.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy service.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
