Job Title: Kitchen Team Leader

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, ensuring the team has everything they need so that service runs smoothly. You’ll support your team by encouraging collaboration and helping them work well together, ensuring every dish served meets the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specifications and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and adhere to safety regulations in the kitchen to ensure the safety of your team and visitors.
• Act as a deputy for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Organise and coordinate the team during busy service times to ensure smooth operations.
