Job summary

Wasabi Co. is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to join our Cambridge branch. You will play a pivotal role ensuring the kitchen team delivers food that is prepared, packaged and displayed to the highest standards, while complying with quality checks and food safety controls.

• Ensure the kitchen team delivers food that is prepared, packaged and displayed to high standards, while following quality checks and food safety controls.
• Support the management team to keep kitchen operations running smoothly and deputise in their absence.

You will play a pivotal role ensuring our kitchen team delivers food that is prepared, packaged and displayed to the highest possible standards, whilst complying with all quality checks and food safety control measures. You'll support the management team in ensuring the smooth running of kitchen operations and deputise in their absence.
