Hungry Horse is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide our kitchen crew and ensure every dish meets high standards. You’ll support your team, maintain hygiene, and keep service running smoothly during busy periods.

Join our pub-driven brand and help deliver great meals while upholding safety and teamwork. Excellent communication and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Experience leading a kitchen team and delivering high standards.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices.
• Able to communicate clearly with team and customers.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to stay calm under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to guarantee team and visitor safety.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
