As a Kitchen Team Leader, do you have:

• The ability to support, coach, and mentor your team
• A high standard of food knowledge and skill
• An up-to-date COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, and legal knowledge
• A willingness to develop personally while helping to propel the team forward at Slug And Lettuce

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in food preparation and collaborating with the Kitchen Manager
• Producing high-quality dishes consistently to specifications
• Supervising the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager
• Managing stock, ordering supplies, and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Offering suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance
• Leading the team to achieve company targets
