Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader in Tadley, Hampshire to lead the kitchen during busy service and ensure every dish meets high standards. You will support the team, model best practices, uphold hygiene and safety, and deputise for management as needed, driving smooth operations and consistently excellent guest experiences.

• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy service.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
