Job summary

Miller & Carter - Basingstoke, part of Mitchells & Butler plc, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead and train the kitchen team, manage food preparation and stock, and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a branded casual dining environment.
• Ability to train and inspire chefs and kitchen staff to high standards.
