Job summary

Greeneking is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide the kitchen team, ensuring service runs smoothly and dishes meet the highest standards. You will lead by example, support colleagues, and foster a collaborative environment during busy services.

You will be responsible for preparing and presenting meals to spec, upholding hygiene and safety, deputising for management, and coordinating the team to maintain order and quality throughout service.
