We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, hands-on, outstanding Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Fresh Kitchen at Holy Trinity CE Primary School. This role involves overseeing the catering operation of a lovely village school based in Littleborough.

Responsibilities:
  • Creating fabulous food and delivering exceptional customer service to pupils, staff, and clients including the Head Teacher, Governors, and Stakeholders.
  • Managing, training, developing, and motivating a catering team.
  • Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
  • Knowledge of allergens and dietary requirements.
  • Good stock control and organizational skills.
  • Maintaining effective communication and basic IT skills.
  • Adopting a flexible, positive attitude with a "Can Do" approach.
  • Aligning with Rochdale Council's core values: "Proud, Passionate & Pioneering".
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Excellent culinary skills and passion for quality meals.
  • Enthusiasm and innovative approach.
  • Interest in educating future generations about food.
