Pasta Remoli is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join their dynamic kitchen team in Wembley. The ideal candidate will assist the Head Chef, lead the kitchen team, and maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene. This full-time position offers a starting hourly rate between £15 and £16 and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with fresh ingredients.

4. Help with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organization.
5. Train and support kitchen staff.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Food safety & hygiene knowledge (certification preferred).
