ARC Inspirations' BOX Sheffield is seeking a passionate Kitchen Supervisor to lead our kitchen team in a stylish cocktail bar. You will be responsible for guiding service, maintaining standards and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading a team in a kitchen (supervisor/chef level).
• Ability to understand guest needs and manage expectations.
• Experience managing food stock is desirable.
• Desire to deliver and exceed guest expectations.
• Ability to lead and coach a team.
• Good organisation and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt depending on the level of trade.
• Desire to learn, adapt and improve performance through feedback and self-development.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all departments.
