Kitchen Supervisor - Revolucion De Cuba

Location: Norwich De Cuba - Hourly

Salary: £12.45 - £13.50

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Kitchen Supervisor with a proven track record in maintaining standards, training, and motivating teams to join our Cuban familia! You will be instrumental in leading your team, delivering fun and memorable experiences to our guests, and driving sales and standards from your kitchen. Working with your Kitchen Manager and Assistant Kitchen Manager, you'll recognize team achievements and provide developmental feedback to improve performance. You will be a supportive coach, motivator, and professional in interactions with management, sales, kitchen, and front-of-house teams, helping them understand the value of their contributions towards our goals.
