Well, what about the team?
The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for supervision of the kitchen, and the Kitchen team assistants in managing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, safety standards, and team performance. Their leadership will contribute to creating an exceptional dining experience while fostering a collaborative and innovative kitchen environment.

Please note, we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide an exceptional gaming experience for our valued guests. This means that as a member of our team, you may be required to work unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Assisting in managing kitchen staff, including training and performance evaluations.
  • Maintaining inventory control, food safety, sanitation standards, stock control and focusing on minimal wastage.
  • Providing operational support to the F&B management team.
  • Maintaining high levels of cleanliness by being responsible for the clearing and cleaning of utensils; crockery, cutlery, equipment and work stations.
  • Producing high quality food and snack offerings upon demand that meets Company and customer standards.
  • Maintaining and sustaining a clean and safe working area as prescribed in the cleaning schedule of the kitchen operations.
  • Adhering to and showing understanding of Food Hygiene standards as per legislation and Company standard expectations
  • Ensuring that opening and close down procedures are recorded and maintained.
  • Reporting any H&S issues in a timely manner.


And what are we looking for?

  • Be proficient in kitchen equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Have kitchen experience, preferably in a Casino; Hospitality; Retail or Service driven environment
  • Possess appropriate tertiary Catering qualifications (Level 2 Food & Hygiene qualification)
  • Have an understanding of Bally’s products; services and facilities. Organised and efficient approach to work.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be a team player with exceptional attention to detail.
