Job summary

Burrito Kitchen (Ensalada) in the City of Westminster is recruiting a Team Leader to supervise morning kitchen operations and support the salad bar and pastry teams. You will lead by example, ensure food safety policies are followed, and coordinate orders and prep to meet brand standards.

We offer a full-time contract with Monday–Friday shifts starting at 6am, with occasional weekend coverage. Salary ranges from £13.71 to £15.21 per hour, plus a quarterly bonus based on audits, sales, and

We are looking for people who can work as part of a team helping bake all our pastries, prepare our salad bar products, and our delicious burritos.. Manage a team, remain calm under pressure, being in charge or all food safety policies, placing orders and always keeping our brand standards.. . We offer full time contract with mostly Monday to Friday shifts starting at 6am. Weekend availability will sometimes be needed.. . You might be a good fit if you have: .
