Magnet’s Orpington Showroom is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to own the customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust and converts into sales and higher earnings.

The role involves supporting trade customers, selling to targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. A driving licence and weekend flexibility are required; full training is provided.

Qualifications

Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions.
Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
Great communication and organisation skills.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Flexibility to work weekends.

Responsibilities

Convert showroom enquiries into high-value sales
Design kitchens that balance creativity and commercial value
Build strong customer relationships from start to finish
