Beau Bijou Design Limited is an interior design company specialising in kitchens, with 20 years of experience and over 5,000 designs completed. We offer free consultations and produce ultra-realistic images to help customers visualise their perfect kitchen. Our consultative approach ensures we recommend suppliers that offer the best value. Unlike other retailers, we are not limited to certain suppliers. We source kitchens and other products based solely on our customers' specific needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Kitchen Showroom Manager located in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, HX7.

The manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the showroom and, due to low staffing levels, will also work directly with customers to design their dream kitchens, providing expert advice on kitchen design and product recommendations.

Depending on showroom performance, the role may evolve into a pure management position, which might require recruiting additional designers.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in sales
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience using third-party design software is required. Experience with Cincly / Winner is a plus
• Must be trustworthy and able to work alone with regular visits from management and other employees

Remuneration

£40,000 basic salary with an excellent commission and bonus structure. OTE around £60,000.

Hours

40 hours per week, from Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off during the week.
