NoMad London is seeking Kitchen Servers who connect the kitchen and dining room, ensuring seamless service and a deep understanding of the menu. You will learn about the philosophy of the NoMad cuisine, seasonality, and ingredient origins while maintaining high standards across all outlets.

Qualifications

• Kitchen Servers must have knowledge of ingredients, preparations and allergens.
• Able to relay information between dining room and kitchen clearly and efficiently.
• Understand open-handed service and uphold NoMad values.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food knowledge of ingredients, preparations, allergens and modifications for dishes.
• Communicate open-handed service and proper dish positioning to meet service standards.
• Set up kitchen pass, stock stations, and assist in polishing and maintaining tableware.
• Explain dishes and discuss traffic patterns, section plans and team on site.
