Job summary

Magnet Crawley showroom is recruiting a sales-focused professional to convert showroom enquiries into high-value kitchen sales. You will design kitchens balancing creativity with commercial value, build lasting customer relationships, and manage your pipeline from initial contact to completion.

Travel to customers for home visits, upsell opportunities, and meeting sales targets while protecting margins. Weekend work is required; a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Great communication and organisation skills.
