Magnet is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to own the full customer journey—from first showroom conversation to final installation—delivering tailored kitchen designs and an exceptional experience that builds trust and drives sales.

You will convert showroom enquiries, design kitchens, and manage your pipeline while achieving sales targets and margin protection. This fixed-term 18-month role offers structured training and uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Experience hitting sales targets or KPIs.
• Confident closing sales and influencing decisions.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Great communication and organisation skills.

Responsibilities
