Job summary

Magnet, the UK’s leading kitchen specialist, is seeking a showroom sales professional in Chelmsford to convert enquiries into high-value sales, design kitchens balancing creativity with commercial value, and manage the full customer journey from first contact to installation.

You will build lasting relationships, follow up leads, and identify upselling opportunities while delivering against sales targets and maintaining margins. Weekend work flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in showroom sales or retail sales environment.
• Proven ability to hit sales targets or KPIs.
• Confident in closing sales and influencing decisions.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
