Howdens Joinery is the UK’s leading trade kitchen supplier seeking Kitchen Sales Designers. No prior design experience needed; we provide comprehensive training to create exceptional kitchens for trade customers and clients.

The role centers on driving sales, building trusted relationships, and delivering excellent service. You will conduct home visits, measure spaces, and translate product knowledge into inspirational designs while maintaining margins.

Qualifications

• Targets-driven with experience of reaching sales goals and KPI.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with trade customers and client alike.
• Excellent communication skills to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
• Full UK driving licence with own vehicle for home visits.
• Strong attention to detail and eye for design.
• CAD skills are preferred, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and profit by achieving depot targets.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional design support and service.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct home visits to measure and understand client needs.
• Negotiate prices confidently while protecting margin and design integrity.
