The role involves home visits, price negotiation, and delivering inspiring, practical designs using strong product knowledge. A full UK driving licence is required, with no evenings or Sundays.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with trade customers and clients.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle for home visits.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
• CAD skills preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales performance and profit by achieving depot targets.
• Building strong customer relationships through professional design support.
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the project.
• Conducting home visits to measure, assess and understand client needs.
