Job summary

Howdens Joinery is recruiting Kitchen Sales Designers to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. You will build trusted relationships with trade customers and their clients, influence buying decisions, and achieve depot targets.

Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle for home visits are required. Training is provided on design and sales, and the role offers a strong team culture, a 40-hour week, and a competitive bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with trade customers and their clients.
• Excellent communication, clear idea conveyance.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle for home visits.
• Strong attention to detail with eye for design.
• CAD skills preferred but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by achieving depot targets.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional design support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout each project.
• Conduct home visits to measure client spaces and assess needs.
• Negotiate prices while protecting margins and design integrity.
• Plan and create inspirational designs using product knowledge.
