Job summary

Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery, part of the Travis Perkins group, is looking for a Kitchen Sales Designer in Bristol. You will listen to customers, showcase options, and guide them through the journey with expertise, while designing stylish kitchens with CAD tools at the branch or on-site.

You’ll build trust, close deals, and deliver results, supported by CAD training, product knowledge, and a strong induction.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license required.
• Strong ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Detail-oriented, organised with good planning and execution.
• Excellent communication with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales and deliver excellent customer service to trade customers and homeowners.
• Build a strong customer base to meet targets and collaborate with Field Sales.
• Create bespoke kitchen designs using CAD software to meet customer needs.
• Engage with customers to understand projects and maximise sales.
• Conduct on-site visits to client homes or sites to draft inspirational designs.
