This is an exciting opportunity to build a career with the leading independent builders’ merchant in the UK. There is a requirement to work alternate Saturday mornings and a full UK driving licence is essential.
Choosing a new kitchen is a big decision for our customers; therefore, you will need to get to know them, listen to their needs, and work with them every step of the way to ensure their requirements are met. You will identify and recommend the products that best suit their needs, paying close attention to detail and ensuring customer satisfaction every time.
In addition to visitors to our showroom, you will need to possess the drive and confidence to pro-actively generate new business. You should have previous experience in a similar role and a proven track record of achievement.
You should also have experience of ‘20-20 Fusion’ planning software, or similar, and be able to demonstrate your sound kitchen product knowledge. In addition to your product knowledge, you should possess a genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service.
