Job Overview

This is an area with great potential for development and growth. We are looking for an experienced person to drive this part of the business forward. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career with the leading independent builders’ merchant in the UK. The role requires working alternate Saturday mornings and a full UK driving licence is essential.

Customer Service and Sales Responsibilities

Choosing a new kitchen is a significant decision for our customers. You will need to get to know them, listen to their needs, and work with them throughout the process to ensure their requirements are met. You will identify and recommend products that best suit their needs, paying close attention to detail and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Beyond visitors to our showroom, you should possess the drive and confidence to proactively generate new business. Previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record of achievement is required.

Skills and Experience

You should have experience with ‘20-20 Fusion’ planning software or similar and demonstrate sound knowledge of kitchen products. A genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service is essential.
