Customer Service and Sales Responsibilities

Choosing a new kitchen is a big decision for our customers. You will need to get to know them, listen to their needs, and work with them every step of the way to ensure their requirements are met. You will identify and recommend the products that best suit their needs, paying close attention to detail and ensuring customer satisfaction every time.

In addition to visitors to our showroom, you will need to possess the drive and confidence to proactively generate new business. You should have previous experience in a similar role and a proven track record of achievement.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

You should have experience with ‘20-20 Fusion’ planning software or similar, and be able to demonstrate sound kitchen product knowledge. A genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service is essential.
