Overview

Kitchens Sales Designer. Salary: £28,000-£38,000 + up to 10% commission. Full-Time.

What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their lifestyle, needs, and design vision.
  • Design and present bespoke kitchen solutions that combine style with functionality.
  • Bring ideas to life using AutoCAD and other design tools.
  • Advise on premium appliances, surfaces, finishes, and layouts.
  • Oversee technical aspects including layout planning, plumbing, electrics, and installations.
  • Work closely with suppliers and fitters to ensure flawless project delivery.
  • Manage multiple high-end design projects from start to finish.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, materials, and innovations in luxury design.
  • Ensure budgets, timelines, and client expectations are consistently met.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years' experience as a kitchen designer, ideally in luxury or high-end interiors.
  • Strong understanding of kitchen ergonomics, technical drawings, and spatial planning.
  • Proven sales skills, helping clients make confident decisions without being pushy.
  • Experience with premium appliance brands and strong technical knowledge of their products.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (other design software is a plus).
  • Exceptional eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Confidence managing projects independently with full accountability.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.

Role Details
