A fantastic opportunity is now available to join Kutchenhaus in Lancaster. We are seeking a full-time, experienced Kitchen Sales Designer to become a valued member of our motivated, energetic, and determined team at Kutchenhaus Lancaster.

As a thriving, design-focused company known for crafting stunning, bespoke kitchens and home furniture, we take great pride in shaping each space to reflect our clients' individual lifestyles and personal narratives.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work directly with clients from initial consultation through to project completion, both in our stunning showroom and in their homes. You’ll take ownership of each project, managing every step of the customer journey and ensuring the highest level of service, design, and delivery.

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in kitchen sales/design – ideally with German brands

• Proven track record in designing, quoting, and closing sales

• Experience using Compusoft Winner CAD (preferred but not essential)

• Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills

• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage your own projects

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car

• Experience in site prep & installation coordination is a plus

• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious environment

What’s in It for You?

• Basic salary between £25,000 – £30,000, depending on experience.

• Uncapped commission, with realistic OTE of £50,000 – £70,000+
