Job summary

Howdens Joinery is seeking energetic Kitchen Sales Designers to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. You will drive sales, build lasting relationships with trade customers, and visit client homes to measure and assess needs.

The role includes training, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. In this position you will deliver professional design support, negotiate with customers, and ensure exceptional service from first contact through project completion.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with trade customers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Full UK driving licence with own vehicle for home visits.
• CAD skills preferred; training provided.

What we are looking for:

• Results driven with experience of reaching sales targets and KPI
• Ability to build trusted relationships with our trade customers and their client
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey ideas clearly and effectively
• Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle for home visits
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for design
• CAD skills are preferred, but not essential as you will receive training
