Job summary

Howdens Joinery Limited is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to drive sales at our local depot and deliver design-led customer service to trade clients. You will visit customers, measure spaces, discuss requirements, and provide practical, inspirational kitchen designs backed by strong product knowledge.

You will receive training, CAD skills preferred but not essential, and you will benefit from a competitive salary, pension, and staff incentives as part of a friendly depot team.

Qualifications

• Experience of reaching sales targets and KPI required.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with trade customers and their clients.
• Excellent communication skills to convey ideas clearly.
• Full UK Driving licence with access to own vehicle for home visits.
• Strong attention to detail; CAD skills preferred but training provided.

What we are looking for

• Results driven with experience of reaching sales targets and KPI
• Ability to build trusted relationships with our trade customers and their client
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey your ideas clearly and effectively
• Full UK Driving licence with access to your own vehicle for home visits
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for design CAD skills are preferred, but not essential as you will receive training
