Starting salary of £25,500 with uncapped on-target earnings of approximately £45,000. We offer an uncapped commission scheme to reward your hard work.

What’s involved?
You will work in our Bristol St Philips showroom, guiding customers from consultation to installation, providing expert advice and excellent service.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing the customer journey from showroom visits to home consultations.
  • Collaborating with a sales-driven team to meet targets.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities by staying updated on market trends.

What we are looking for:
A customer-focused individual with sales experience, strong organizational skills, and preferably a creative or design background. Flexibility and a valid UK driving license are required.
