Job summary

Malmaison Hotels in Brighton, set in The Lanes and just off the seafront, seeks a Kitchen Porter to help maintain cleanliness across the kitchen and staff areas. You will support the kitchen brigade and oversee pot and plate washing, contributing to a smooth, high standard operation in a lively hotel environment.

This role offers a clear path for progression into a Chef role, with fully funded Apprenticeship programmes to develop your culinary career and experience working with a renowned

Kitchen Porters will be required to assist the kitchen brigade by ensuring that the kitchen is maintained at a high level of cleanliness at all times as well as manage the pot and plate wash areas.
