Malmaison Hotels in Birmingham is seeking a Kitchen Porter to maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and staff areas, and to support the kitchen brigade by keeping wash areas tidy and hygienic. The role is a great entry point to learn how the kitchen operates from the ground up while contributing to a high standard of service.

Job description

You scrub up well… responsible for the general cleanliness of the kitchen and staff areas. Kitchen Porters will be required to assist the kitchen brigade by ensuring that the kitchen is maintained at a high level of cleanliness at all times as well as manage the pot and plate wash areas. It can be a demanding job but the rewards are worth it. This is a great opportunity to join the kitchen team learning the ropes and how the kitchen operates from the ground up.
