Job summary

Aramark UK is looking to hire a Kitchen Assistant to join their fantastic team at Hartpury University & College, Hartpury House, Gloucester, GL19 3BE.

You will deliver food to on-site outlets and carry out washing up duties in a busy kitchen and restaurant, while supporting both kitchen and Front-of-House teams. Prior kitchen experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. This is a permanent, full-time role with opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Customer focused and a strong communicator.
• Excellent team player with a flexible approach to duties.

Responsibilities

• Delivering food to outlets on-site.
• Washing up duties for a busy kitchen and restaurant.
• Supporting the kitchen and FOH team where possible.
• Ensuring FOH and BOH are clean and tidy.
• Assisting with deliveries and organising storage areas.
• Removing waste and disposing in the correct external bins.
