Job summary

Aramark UK is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to join the Hartpury University & College team in Gloucester. This permanent, full-time role offers 40 hours per week at £12.71 per hour with a strong training focus.

You will deliver food to on-site outlets, carry out all washing up duties for a busy kitchen and restaurant, and support both kitchen and front-of-house teams while keeping FOH/BOH areas clean and tidy.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience is desirable but training will be provided.
• Customer focused and a strong communicator.
• Excellent team player with a flexible approach to duties.

Responsibilities

• Delivering food to outlets on-site.
• Carrying out all washing up duties for a busy kitchen and restaurant.
• Supporting the kitchen and FOH team where possible.
• Ensuring FOH and BOH are clean and tidy.
• Assisting with deliveries and organizing them in the correct storage areas.
• Removing waste from waste containers and disposal in the correct external bins.
