The Pheasant at Buckland, part of Brunning & Price Limited, is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join a vibrant pub kitchen. You’ll help keep the kitchen running smoothly and contribute to a great guest experience in a friendly team.

Previous kitchen porter or similar experience is a plus, but a positive can-do attitude and eagerness to learn are valued. Benefits include paid overtime, tips, free meals on shift, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as kitchen porter or in a similar role in a busy pub/restaurant is preferred but not essential.
• Keen to work in a friendly kitchen and be part of the team.

Responsibilities

• Support a busy kitchen by cleaning, prep, and station turnover.
• Assist kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest experience.

Previous experience as a kitchen assistant, kitchen porter, pot washer or kitchen cleaner in a busy pub, restaurant or hotel is preferred but not essential. Most importantly you will be keen to work in a friendly kitchen where you'll really be part of the team.

Basic up to 12.71 per hour, plus tronc (that's your card tips that are paid into your bank). Paid overtime. Great cash tips.
