Job summary

The Greyhound, part of Brunning & Price Limited, is seeking a Kitchen Porter to help keep a busy kitchen running smoothly. You’ll join a friendly team in a pub that forms part of a 79-pub family and benefit from paid overtime, free meals on shift, and a generous staff perks package.

No mandatory prior kitchen experience required, but previous roles as kitchen assistant or porter are welcomed. Join us for a supportive career path within a values-driven hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a kitchen assistant, kitchen porter, pot washer or kitchen cleaner in a busy pub, restaurant or hotel is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Basic up to 12.71 per hour, plus tronc (tips). Paid overtime. The Extras include free meals on shift and 30% discount across B&P and our group including wagamama. We offer Nest pension and wellbeing support and staff development programmes.
