Kitchen Porter - Ramsdale Park Golf Centre - Nottingham, Nottinghamshire

Job Type: Full Time

Main Duties:

1. Responsible for day to day cleanliness of all food production, service areas and utensils (pots, pans, plates, etc.).

Responsibilities:

1. Attends work in correct uniform, at correct rostered time.
2. Meets all standards for performance, appearance and service provision.
3. Maintains a high standard of hygiene throughout the kitchen and food service area, keeping all cleaning records up to date.
4. To carry out any reasonable request made by a member of management.
5. Ensures all cleaning chemicals are correctly stored and used within guidelines of relevant COSHH training.
6. Works with other departments to ensure efficiencies of operations.
7. To close down the kitchen and report to duty manager when completed.
8. To ensure customers are greeted in a courteous manner at all times.
9. Complies with BGL personnel policies and procedures and health and safety procedures.
10. To undertake any further duties as requested by the management.
