Job summary

Bespoke Hotels is seeking a kitchen support team member in the UK to help run the kitchen efficiently, keep areas clean and support the Chefs in daily operations. This role emphasizes great service to guests and teamwork within a growing hotel group.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ensuring the efficient and effective running of the kitchen.
• Ensure that sufficient material for the performance of cleaning duties are collated.
• Dispose of rubbish into an area outline by Head Chef whilst complying with food safety policy.
• Ensure the working areas and equipment in the kitchen are cleaned to a high standard.
• Aid the Chefs when necessary.

Requirements:
