Aldwark Manor Estate is a privately owned hotel with golf, nestled in a picturesque village between York and Harrogate. Set in 200 acres of beautiful countryside, this luxury hotel offers a complete escape for both business and leisure guests and is a popular venue for weddings.

Recent renovations include bedrooms, restaurant, lounge, sports bar, and public areas. Upcoming projects include a new spa, leisure areas, conference rooms, and additional bedrooms.

Main duties and purpose of the role:

• Cleaning and sterilising kitchen surfaces, walls, stoves, ovens, grills, and sinks
• Cleaning the kitchen after service to prepare for the next day
• Maintaining food storage areas like freezers and refrigerators
• Receiving and organising deliveries
• Washing dishes and loading dishwashers
• Disposing of kitchen waste properly
• Cleaning and maintaining cooking equipment
• Supporting basic food prep such as cutting, peeling, and washing ingredients
• Assisting other kitchen staff as needed
